I've spent nearly two decades helping brands grow, and the last few years learning how people grow alongside AI.
02The Work
I’ve spent my entire career in marketing.
I started my career teaching myself SEO at a kitchen table, before anyone called it a career path. That turned into ten years on the agency side, running search and media teams. Then I moved brand side, leading acquisition, performance and growth for subscription, luxury and consumer brands, from early-stage startups to billion-dollar companies.
I’ve owned the budgets, built the teams and answered for the results. I connect marketing performance to business economics, and I work across the whole customer journey: paid media, search, content, lifecycle, partnerships and brand.
I’m also AI native. I build AI agents and workflows into how marketing teams actually operate, so people spend their time on judgment and AI handles the repeatable work.
Today I lead Vincent Mario Media, a growth engineering consultancy for ecommerce and subscription brands.

Writing is the work I do for myself. Currently I am writing a book, ABRACADABRA. At its heart, the book asks: Why do we feel so alone in a world where we’ve never been more connected?

04The Person
Off the clock.
I got an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and like many millennials, I do nothing with that expensive piece of paper. I worked full-time the whole way through school and graduated into a job at a restaurant.
So I talked my way into a sales job by telling my future boss about the time I won a TV for selling wine. Within a few months I was the top performer. A few years later I went back for my MBA and graduated magna cum laude.
Most of my career, I treated ambition like a ladder. Turning forty taught me the difference between ambition and self-abandonment. Now I build on my own terms, and I help other people do the same.
